Classes and Workshops

Childbirth Classes (Lamaze)	Six-Week Sessions Mondays, 7:00-9:00pm	870-423-5277

Bereavement/Grief Workshop	Held biannually Six-Week Sessions 1XWeek	870-423-5255

AARP 55 Alive Classes - Offered 3-4 times/year. A classroom refresher course for drivers 50 years of age or over; insurance discounted upon completion.
Safe Sitter Classes - Offered annually. An instructional class for young adolescents who want to become competent and confident caregivers of younger children and infants.

Breast Self-Examination Classes - Scheduled on request. An American Cancer Society program presented by a certified instructor. Class includes: early detection benefits, instruction in proper technique, video demonstration, and literature.

Health Fairs / Screenings / Special Clinics - Conducted annually and monthly. Blood pressure checks, blood sugar testing, cholesterol profile, and other screenings are provided in the following communities:

Kingston Eureka Springs Shell Knob, MO

Speakers Bureau - Scheduled on request. A listing or directory of people who have knowledge in one or more areas and will speak to school groups, clubs, or organizations on topics in their area of expertise.

Business Before Hours - Held quarterly. An open forum information sharing session between healthcare providers and area business representatives.
